Seychelles Founding President Dines in with Bulgarian Friend

The founding President of the Republic of Seychelles has had a private dinner at his home with the Honorary Consul to Bulgaria. Sir James Mancham and Mr.Maxim Behar were joined that evening by some of the Seychelles leading businessman, and held talks for boosting business partnership between Bulgaria and the Seychelles. During the dinner, Mr.Behar congratulated Sir Mancham on the recent awarding of a Doctor Honoris Causa degree from the Seoul University. Sir James Mancham became the first President of the Seychelles when the country was declared a sovereign republic in 1976. In 2004, he and Mr.Behar signed an agreement for working together to attract more foreign investors to Bulgaria's tourism sector.
