INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE LEASE OF HOTEL DEVELOPMENT ON ILE SOLEIL, SEYCHELLES

On behalf of the 2020 Development (Seychelles) Ltd, the Seychelles Investment Board is inviting interested individuals or companies, either local or international, to submit proposals for an hotel development on Ile Soleil. Eligibility The tender is open to Seychellois citizens and companies with 100% Seychellois shareholding, foreign investors and companies with 100% non-Seychellois shareholding, and partnerships of both Seychellois and foreign investors.
