The Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles Mr. Maxim Behar attended the inauguration ceremony of Plamen Bobokov, Chairman of Prista Oil Board of Managers for Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Bulgaria. The ceremony took place in the city of Rousse.
