Seychelles Delegation Took Part in the 75th Session of the World Tourism Organization

A Seychelles delegation joined the 75th session of the World Tourism Organization, which took place from 12th to 14th in the seaside resort Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Simeon Saxe-Coburg. As many as 150 ministers of tourism from all over the world participated in the event, which is considered to be one of the most significant in the tourism sector. After the end of the conference Mr. Marc Marengo, Special Adviser to the Vice-President, Department of transport and tourism, and Mrs. Fruke Fleischer Dogley, Director Department of transport and tourism, the representatives of the Seychelles delegation visited the Consulate of the Republic of Seychelles in Sofia and had a meeting with the Honorary Consul - Mr. Maxim Behar. Both sides agreed on the idea of pushing forward the relations between Bulgaria and The Seychelles, particularly in the tourist business.
