The Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles in Bulgaria hosted the second meeting of the Group of the African Diplomats in Bulgaria

The Group of the African Diplomats in Bulgaria, founded in February 2005, held its second meeting, kindly hosted by Mr. Maxim Behar, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles in Bulgaria. The African diplomats agreed on the need of establishing more intensive relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and the African countries and elected H.E. Mr. Mohamed Laala (Ambassador of The Democratic and Popular Republic of Algeria) a doyen of the Group. He was authorized by the other members to inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the Group establishment.
