The Seychelles' Honorary Consul to Bulgaria Stepped in Office

Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Solomon Passy hailed Tuesday Maxim Behar, the newly appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles to Bulgaria, and handed him an exequatur issued by the Government. The two met with Honorary Consuls of other nations at the Foreign Ministry office in Sofia. "The work of honorary consuls to Bulgaria is of great importance. They put a lot of time and efforts into it, for which I am very thankful," minister Passy said in his address. Maxim Behar said he was proud to represent a great country with wonderful people and unforgettable nature and expressed hope that the relations between two countries come to a new closer stage. Maxim Behar is CEO of the largest Bulgarian PR Company M3 Communications Group, Inc., and chairman of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF).
