The Ambassador of Marocco is the New Doyen in the Group of the African Diplomats

The representatives of the African countries in Bulgaria, among who was Mr. Behar, Seychelles Honorary Consul, welcomed officially the new-elected doyen of the Group of the African diplomats - H.E. Mr. Abdeslam Rharbaoui, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Marocco. On an official luncheon held on September 28, 2005 the former doyen of the Group H.E. Mr. Mohamed Laala, who was an honorary guest of the lunch, delivered officially his responsibilities to his successor and wished him success in the group's activities.
